I posted not too long ago us v them on social identity theory. Everybody sticks with their own "kind" and some reasons behind it. If we stay within our own pack we never grow as persons, characters and human beings. Dare to explore, it does not have to be far. Meet something and somebody different and new. It will change your perspective on world in general. It is not that scary. And you'll be surprised how much we all have in common.
